INITIAL USE

LONG-TERM CARE

Congratulations you just had your unit resurfaced with our industry leading enamel coating. Your beautifully restored unit will be ready for light showering/bathing in just 24 hours. Although usable, the coating will be curing for the next several days. Be cautious not to drop anything, and do not leave objects (bottles, wash cloths, soaps) on the surface for the first 72 hours. Bath mats may be used after 72 hours as long as they are ALWAYS removed after use.

Clean your newly refinished unit in the same manner as the original. The unit should be cleaned and rinsed on a regular basis with products such as Lysol Tub & Tile Cleaner, Dow Scrubbing Bubbles, Scratch Guard or Mr. Clean Bathroom Cleaner. Harsh abrasive cleaners are unnecessary and can eventually ruin the finish. DO NOT USE COMET KITCHEN CLEANERS, OR ABRASIVE SPONGES. However, any chemicals you choose for cleaning must be tested in an inconspicuous area of the unit for general use. After the use of chemicals, thoroughly rinse with water.

Never allow anything to strike the surface. Never get a leaky faucet go unfixed, such can undo pressure and cause the finish to crack and wear prematurely. Bath mats may be used but have to be removed after use.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN VOID YOUR WARRANTY.
